What a corporate engagement looks like
A typical 12-week block
Most engagements start with a 4-week pilot that rolls into a 12-week block. We scope the shape with you — how many sessions a week, in-studio or on-site, and whether you want to stack on physio days or workshops.
Scope & pilot
30-min scoping call, then a 4-week pilot block. We learn your team; you see how we coach.
12-week program
Programmed weekly sessions with the same coach, capped at small-group size so everyone actually gets coached.
Review & renew
Check-ins at week 6 and week 12. Adjust frequency, layer on physio days or workshops, or wrap and hand back.

Corporate FAQ
What's the minimum team size?
Five people is the sweet spot. Below that, individual PT memberships usually work out better for your team and your budget.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. Onsite physio days and wellness workshops happen at your office. Team fitness classes usually run in-studio (we have the equipment), but we can do bodyweight-focused sessions onsite for teams within a short radius of Richmond.
How does billing work?
Monthly invoicing on 14-day terms, credit-card or direct debit. We can split billing between company-paid and employee-paid portions if you want to share the cost.
Do you have insurance and certifications?
Yes — full public liability & professional indemnity, and every coach/physio holds the relevant registration (APA for physio, ASCA or REPs for coaches). Certificates of currency sent on request.
Can we trial it before committing?
Absolutely. We usually start with a 4-week pilot — same structure as the full block but scaled down. If it's working (it normally is), we roll into a 12-week block from there.
Do you work with WorkSafe / return-to-work cases?
Our in-house physio and coaches regularly work with return-to-work clients. Happy to liaise directly with your rehab provider or insurer as needed.
