Infrared vs traditional sauna

Traditional saunas heat the air around you to 80–100°C. Infrared saunas heat your body directly with infrared light, running much cooler (45–60°C) but producing a deeper, more sustained sweat. Easier on the lungs, easier to tolerate, easier to stay in long enough to actually get the benefit.

45 Minutes, Start to Finish

10-min warm-up, 30 minutes at full infrared, 5 minutes to cool down. Book it, turn up, done.

First time? Don't overthink it. We'll walk you through on arrival, but here's the shape of a standard session.

Arrive 5 Minutes Early

Get changed, fill a bottle of water, swipe in at reception.

In the Cabin

Shower first, then 45 minutes inside. Sit, lie down, stretch, whatever. Hydrate as you go.

Cool Down & Shower

We supply towels and robes. Cool shower afterwards, rehydrate properly, then get on with your day.

Nothing — we've got it. Water, towels, robe, shower products all supplied.

Sauna FAQ

Is infrared sauna safe for everyone?

For most healthy adults, yes. If you're pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, low blood pressure, or are on medication that affects temperature regulation, check with your GP first. Skip the session if you're unwell.

How often can I use it?

Safely, 3–5 times a week for regular users. Most members end up around 2–3 sessions weekly, often stacked after training.

What should I wear?

Whatever you're comfortable in — shorts, swimwear, or a towel. Don't wear anything you mind getting very sweaty.

Can I use it right after training?

Yes — post-training is the most popular time for exactly this reason. Just hydrate well in between and cool down for 10 minutes before stepping in.

Is the sauna private?

Yes. Each session is booked to a private cabin — just you or you plus a partner on a two-person booking. No walk-ins, no shared sessions with strangers.

Are the 10-packs shareable?

Yes — use them solo or share with a partner or housemate. Two people in one cabin counts as two sessions.

Do members really get free sauna?

Yes, if you're on the Gold unlimited membership. It's one of the biggest reasons Gold is the most popular option.
